On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we would like to extend a warm welcome to all participants to the 6th International Symposium on Communications, Control, and Signal Processing (ISCCSP 2014) being held at the Metropolitan Hotel Athens, Athens, Greece on May 21-24, 2014. We consider ourselves fortunate to have had the opportunity to organize ISCCSP 2014 and offer you a taste of Greek hospitality. This conference is held every second year with the first one in Hammamet, Tunisia in 2004, the second one in Marrakech, Morocco in 2006, the third one at St. Julians, Malta in 2008, the fourth one in Limassol, Cyprus in 2010, and the fifth one in Rome, Italy in 2012. In addition to the regular papers, ISCCSP 2014 includes exciting plenary lectures and many special sessions. Authors from all continents honored us by reporting their original work, in all areas of Signal Processing, Communications, and Controls. We thank them for submitting their work to ISCCSP. We also thank the many volunteers who worked hard to enhance this unique conference.
