Wireless Communications Systems (WCS) Symposium covers all topics relating to wireless communications ranging from layer 0 (antennas and channels), design and optimization of various stages of signal processing, including channel estimation, synchronization, interference suppression, up to resource allocation, MAC protocols, link‐layer procedures and overall cross‐layer optimization of the PHY/MAC/link layer. Advanced topics such as MIMO, relay, cooperative and cognitive communications will also be covered, as well the emerging areas in cellular networks, such as D2D (device‐to‐device) a M2M (machine‐to‐machine) communications.
