The IEEE 15th Autumn Meeting on Power, Electronics and Computing (ROPEC 2013) is organized by the IEEE Centro Occidente Section, the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH), the Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia (ITM), the Universidad de Colima and the Comisión Federal de Electricidad de la Division Centro Occidente (DCO-CFE) of Mexico.
