Tsinghua University and the International Astronautical Federation – Space University Administrative Committee (IAF-SUAC) are pleased to announce the call for papers for their International Student Workshop. The workshop will be held on 28 September 2013, in Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in conjunction with the International Astronautical Congress (IAC) 23-27 September 2013 in CNCC, Beijing, China. The workshop will consist of one plenary session with high-level speakers from Tsinghua University, IAF, IAF-SUAC and major space agencies to introduce the current space programmes and future plans; challenges faced and achievements obtained ; three technical sessions with the following topics: - Near earth orbit science and exploration projects with space station/lib and satellites; - Deep space sciences and exploration projects with lunar/mars rover and others; - Innovation in satellite/spacecraft technologies and applications; one closing session with concluding remarks and the award of the best presentation, lunch and coffee-breaks.
