ICCEEE 2013 is the first ever conference, technically sponsored by The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), to be held in Sudan. The conference aspires to attract local and international scientists, researchers and industry leaders. With its balanced and well-chosen technical program committee, ICCEEE 2013 aims to be the launch pad of high-quality original research findings that will make it a must-attend event for academia and industry affiliates. The conference will be held in the Sudanese capital Khartoum.
