The 20th International Conference on Systems, Signals and Image Processing, IWSSIP 2013, will take place in Bucharest, Romania, from July 7th to July 9th 2013, being hosted by the University “Politehnica” of Bucharest. The anniversary edition of IWSSIP 2013 follows the successful events held in Budapest, Manchester, Poznan, Zagreb, Bratislava, Maribor, Bucharest, Prague, Chalkida, Rio de Janeiro, Sarajevo and Vienna. IWSSIP is a well-established international conference on theoretical, experimental, and applied signal processing techniques. IWSSIP brings together researchers and developers from both academia and industry to report on the latest scientific and theoretical advances, to discuss and debate major issues, to demonstrate state of-the-art systems, and trace the road to the future.
