The 2013 International Conference on Information and Network Security (ICINS 2013) will be held in Beijing, China, 22th -24th November, 2013. Recent advances in information and network security technologies require the necessity of processing, storing, and sharing information in electronic environments securely. Therefore, the information and network security awareness should be improved. People who transfer information in the electronic environments should be informed about current advances in information security. ICINS 2013 aims to provide an international platform for both academic scholars and industry leaders who are working on information and network security to share their knowledge and research results. We hope that the conferences will improve the level of information and network security research in China and other countries. We also believe that the conferences can improve the collaboration and create opportunities of communicating among universities from different countries. You are invited to submit original papers written by good English. Submitted papers should not be previously published or currently under review for any other publication. All accepted paper will be reviewed by the IET in consideration for publication. Those that meet the expected levels of quality and technical content will be accepted for publication on the IET Digital Library and IEEE Xplore, indexed by IET Inspec and submitted to EI Compendex for consideration for indexing.
