Building on the success of the previous session, the 3rd International Conference on Communication, Information and Digital Technologies will be held on September 11-13, 2026 in Singapore (Virtual) | Xi'an, China (On-site).
CIDT 2026 aims to be the premier international forum for stimulating scholarly discussion and disseminating research in the related fields of Communication, Information and Digital Technologies. Sos S. Agaian (Fellow, IEEE) is currently a Distinguished Professor with the College of Staten Island (CSI), The City University of New York. He has authored more than 750 technical articles and ten books in these areas.. He is a fellow of SPIE, IS&T, AAAS, and AAIA. He is an Editorial Board Member of Pattern Recognition and Image Analysis and an Associate Editor of several journals, including the IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, the IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics, Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering (Hindawi Publishing Corporation), International Journal of Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (Hindawi Publishing Corporation), and Journal of Electronic Imaging (IS&T and SPIE).

Yang Yue
Professor, SPIE Fellow, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China.
Research field: Intelligent Photonics; Including Optical Communications; Optical Perception; Optical Chip.
Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is currently a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. He is the founder and current PI of Intelligent Photonic Application Technology Laboratory (iPatLab). Dr. Yue's current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published >300 journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >14,000 citations, two books (Elsevier, Springer Nature), eight edited books, two book chapters, >50 issued patents (including 30 U.S. patents and 6 European patents), >200 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, >30 plenary and >90 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Fellow of Optica and SPIE. He is also among the Top 2% Scientists List Worldwide by Stanford University. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and Frontiers in Physics, Editor Board Member for four other scientific journals, Guest Editor for >10 journal special issues. He also served as Chair or Committee Member for >100 international conferences, Reviewer for >80 prestigious journals.

Vitaliy Mezhuyev
Professor, IEEE Senior Member, FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences, Austria.
Research field: Formal Methods; Metamodeling; Safety Modeling and Verification of Software Systems; IoT; and the Design of Cyber-Physical Systems.
Vitaliy Mezhuyev received a specialist degree in informatics from Berdyansk State Pedagogical University (BSPU), Ukraine, in 1997. In 2002, he received a PhD in Educational Technology from Kyiv National Pedagogical University and, in 2012, an ScD (habilitation) in Information Technology from Odesa National Technical University, Ukraine. From 2004 until 2014, he was the Head of the Department of Informatics and Software Engineering at BSPU, Ukraine. From 2014 until 2019 he was a Professor at the Faculty of Computer Systems and Software Engineering at the University Malaysia Pahang, Head of the Software Engineering Research Group. Now he is a Professor at the Institute of Industrial Management in FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences, Austria. During his career, Vitaliy Mezhuyev participated in multiple international scientific and industrial projects, devoted to the formal modeling, design, and development of advanced software systems as a network-centric real-time operating system; IDEs for the automation of development of parallel real-time applications; tools for specification, verification and validation of software products; visual environment for metamaterials modeling and others. His current research interests include formal methods, metamodeling, safety modeling and verification of software systems, IoT, and the design of cyber-physical systems
