The second International conference on QCD and Hadron Physics will be held at the Institute of Modern Physics (IMP), Lanzhou, China from Mar 30 to April 3, 2013. A new facility, electron ion collider (EIC) based on the heavy ion beam on HIAF project, which will provide 12 GeV proton and 6 GeV/A heavy ion beam, is being proposed by the Institute of Modern Physics. The proposed EIC with 3 GeV electron beam will be an ideal platform to study the hadron physics and test the non-perturbative QCD. The purpose of this conference is to discuss recent progresses and various approaches to the unsolved problems in QCD and hadron physics, and to promote regional and international collaboration on these topics.

The conference is sponsored by Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics (APCTP), Lanzhou University, the CAS Theoretical Physics Center for Science Facilities (TPCSF) and National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).
We will appreciate that you bring this workshop to the attention of your colleagues and your students.
