Scope:With the development and widespread adoption of 5G, AI, autonomous vehicles, and UAVs, relevant technological breakthroughs will profoundly transform daily life. Therefore, ICECAI 2026 aims to serve as a high-level international academic exchange platform focusing on the integration of electronic communication and AI, with emphasis on innovations in vehicular mobile communication and UAV communication, especially for the application of AI in these fields. Its core tracks will cover wireless communication system design, communication signal processing, space-air-ground-water integrated systems, deep learning algorithms, machine learning applications, vehicular protocols, network security, AI-driven latency and V2X optimization, and machine learning for channel prediction.
