The International Conference on Cryogenics and Refrigeration (ICCR) has been successfully held in Hangzhou, China for three times in 1989, 1998 and 2003, and once in Shanghai, China in 2008 respectively. The purpose of ICCR is to bring together academic and industrial experts specializing in cryogenics, refrigeration and air conditioning in order to stimulate a fruitful exchange of up-to-date scientific and technical information. You are cordially invited to participate in the 5th International Conference on Cryogenics and Refrigeration (ICCR2013), which will be held on April 6-9, 2013 at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. Zhejiang University is located in Hangzhou, a beautiful cityabout 150 km southwest Shanghai, endowed with a pleasant climate, picturesque surroundings and a world-class academic environment. Hangzhou’s West Lake Cultural Landscape was inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 2011. In connection with the conference, the China Refrigeration Expo (CRH2013), one of the biggest Refrigeration Exhibitions in the world, will be held on April 8-10, 2013, in Shanghai.
