Welcome to the official website of the 2013 2nd International Conference on Civil Engineering and Materials which will be held during 06-07 July 2013, in Hong Kong. ICCEM 2013, aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all Civil Engineering and Materials, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
