2020 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Technology (ICEICT 2020) will be held in Shenzhen, China on November 13-15, 2020.

ICEICT 2020 is sponsored by Shenzhen University and IEEE Harbin Section, technical sponsored by IEEE Guangzhou Section, co-sponsored by Institute of Next Generation Network, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. It is also supported by IEEE Harbin AP/MTT/EMC Joint Chapter and other research institutes and universities.

It is the third forum to provide a platform for bringing together researchers, practitioners, and academia to present and discuss ideas, challenges and potential solutions on established or emerging topics related to research and practice in computer science, information technology and communication systems.

The first forum ICEICT was successfully inaugurated by Harbin Institute of Technology in Harbin in 2016. All accepted papers of ICEICT 2016 have been indexed by EI Compendex. The second forum ICEICT was successfully inaugurated by Harbin Engineering University in Harbin in 2019. All accepted papers of ICEICT 2019 have been indexed by EI Compendex.

Following the ICEICT 2016 and ICEICT 2019, the proceedings of ICEICT 2020 that meet IEEE quality review standards will be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital after the review taken by IEEE conference publication group and then submitted to EI Compendex index.
