The 9th European Congress of Chemical Engineering (ECCE9) will be held in The Hague from 21 to 24 April 2013. The theme will be: “Shaping a sustainable future: a Partnership of Academia, Industry and Society”.

ECCE9 promises to have a comprehensive programme covering all subjects relevant to process technology. Plenary lectures by renowned speakers will provide overviews of important aspects of the congress theme, such as renewable feed stocks, sustainable value chains, green novel product-process combinations, biotechnology and process intensification.
High-quality presentations
Each day, high-quality presentations over 18 parallel sessions will provide latest research and development results and industrial applications. Several special events will be organized for students, such as a poster competition, a rapid presentation competition and a design competition. Lunches, dinners and evening programs will provide opportunities for socializing and networking. A large industrial exhibition will also be part of the congress, where delegates will be able to learn about the latest practical developments in their field.
