We are proudly announcing that the first International Conference on Customer Service and Systems Management 2012 (ICCSM2012) is going to be organized by the Center of Applied Management Studies, Faculty of Business Management, UiTM. All academics, practitioners and post graduate students in the fields of Customer Service Systems and Management (CSSM) are cordially invited to submit papers and share your valuable knowledge and experiences in the related fields so that the existing knowledge in CSSM can be enhanced and promoted. Our aim is to promote the field of CSSM to be at par with other fields such as Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and the like. Again, you are cordially invited to contribute to the realization of the aim of CSSM by participating in ICCSSM2012.
