The SAM Workshop is an important IEEE Signal Processing Society event dedicated to sensor array and multichannel signal processing. The organizing committee invites the international community to contribute to state-of-the-art developments in the field. SAM 2026 will feature plenary talks by leading researchers in the field as well as poster and oral sessions with presentations by the participants.

Payment Method:

1. The conference fee will be collected by Wuhan Chytey Aconf Co., Ltd.（武汉企泰艾会科技有限公司） which will issue an invoice for “conference fee”,Payment modes:

     ① Payment in CNY: Alipay, WeChat Pay, Unionpay and Wire/Transfer(2).

     ② Payment in USD: Credit card (Stripe) and Wire/Transfer(2).

NOTE: 

     ① All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable.

     ② If you choose remittance transfer, you need to bear the commission charge by yourself.

2. Please note: After completing registration on the Aconf conference website (not the IEEE official site), you will receive an order number. When making the remittance, include “SAM 2026 + your order number” in the remittance remarks. After remittance, prepare an electronic copy of the remittance voucher and upload it to the Aconf conference website. This will allow our financial staff to accurately and promptly verify your payment.

Invoice Application:

1. For Chinese authors

After successful registration and payment on the Aconf conference website (not the IEEE official site), the email and mobile phone number you registered will automatically receive an invoice application link. You may apply via that link, or log back into the Aconf website (the same site where you registered, not the IEEE official site) and navigate to “My Dashboard → My order → Apply for invoice”.

The invoices will be issued within 7 working days after the end of the conference (ordinary VAT invoice will be sent to the applicant’s registration mailbox.)

2. For foreign authors

After successful registration and payment, the email filled in during registration will automatically receive the link to apply for the invoice. You can apply for the invoice through the link, and you will receive the invoice within 7 working days after the end of the conference.

Upload Voucher:

1. Follow the steps of registration and payment. When you select “Wire/transfer”, you can see “upload voucher”. Please click and upload the remittance transfer voucher.

2. Log in to the conference page → “My Dashboard” → “My order” → “Upload proof” to complete the operation.
