SISPAD is one of the longest-running conferences dedicated to semiconductor device and process simulation. It provides a platform for modeling and simulation of conventional and emerging devices (FinFETs, GAA FETs, quantum devices, neuromorphic devices), materials, compact modeling, and TCAD. Topics include quantum and thermal transport, reliability, noise, AI-assisted modeling, and co-simulation of process/device/circuit levels.
