The 6th International Conference on Telecommunications, Optics and Computer Science (TOCS 2025) will be held in Guangzhou, China during December 12-14, 2025. As an annual conference, TOCS 2025 will bring together researchers and scientists from telecommunications, optics, computer science and other related fields to discuss problems and solutions in the area, to identify new issues, and to shape future directions for research. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

Each submission is anonymously reviewed by an average of two independent reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of submitted papers. All accepted papers will be published by SPIE, and sent to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

- The submission file shall be in Microsoft Word, PDF, or WordPerfect document file format.
- All submissions should be written in English with a varying length from 4 to 8 pages including figures and references.
