The International Conference on Information Systems and Computing Technology (ISCTech), since its first edition in 2013, is an annual conference. The first conference was held in Wuxi, China, followed by Tottori (Japan), Shenzhen (China), Shanghai (China), Hong Kong (China), Wuxi (China), Shanghai (China), St. Petersburg(Russia) and Shanghai (China) as its venue. Previously, our conference has been small-scale and only for a certain circle of scholars and researchers to exchange their research results. Now, since the tenth year of the conference, the organizing committee deliberated that it was time to make some changes to allow more scholars and researchers to participate in the conference so as to expand its influence and take it to a new stage.
The information system is a complex system including data collecting, storing, processing and delivering. The main components of information systems are computer hardware and software, telecommunications, databases and data warehouses, human resources, and procedures. With the development of the information system, the innovation technologies and their applications continuously appear, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, big data and smart cities. And ISCTech aims to bring together more researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
