As a novel technology, cloud computing implementations have been booming in recent years. Align with the development of data mining and big data, cloud computing has been an efficient approach for delivering intelligent services and forming advanced distributed systems. Empowering the existing infrastructure by using cloud computing techniques has been considered a dramatical significant issue for both acadamia and industry. Therefore, making cloud computing “smart” has a giant demand in multiple fields, from tele-health to e-learning, from vehicular systems to mobile applications.
IEEE SmartCloud 2024 aims to collect recent academic achievements in novel techniques, developments, empirical studies, and new developments in cloud computing. Innovative technical applications in clouds are highly encouraged. The objective of IEEE SmartCloud 2024 is to provide a forum for scientists, engineers, and researchers to discuss and exchange their new ideas, novel results, work in progress and experience on all aspects of smart computing and cloud computing.
IEEE SmartCloud 2024 will be held from May 10-12, New York City, USA

As a novel technology, cloud computing implementations have been booming in recent years, which dramatically attract attentions from the industry, academia, and education. SmartCloud 2024 aims to collect recent academic achievements in novel techniques, developments, empirical studies, and new developments in cloud computing. The concentration of SmartCloud 2024 is enabling cloud computing to become an efficient approach for delivering intelligent services and forming advanced distributed systems, which are aligned with other updated technologies, such as data mining and big data. Empowering the existing infrastructure by using cloud computing techniques has been considered a dramatically significant issue for both academia and industry, which implies that intelligent cloud computing has a giant demand in multiple fields, from tele-health to e-learning, from vehicular systems to mobile applications. Therefore, our mission is to empower cloud computing the capability of “smart” by providing a forum for scientists, engineers, researchers, and students to discuss and exchange their new ideas, novel results, work in progress and experience on all aspects of smart computing and cloud computing.
