The 2024 IEEE Region 5 Annual Business Meeting will be held in Springdale, Arkansas. On Friday, April 5, 2024, there will be a reception starting at 6 PM.

R5 Business Meeting:  The Annual Business Meeting will start on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 8 AM and will continue on Sunday, April 7, 2024. IEEE Region 5 holds an annual meeting to approve its Executive Committee members, set goals, and determine an annual budget for programs and services. Each of the 27 Sections is expected to send a minimum of one voting representative to participate.

Student Competitions:  For more information about the competition, visit the Student Activities webpage.  Student Teams interested in competing will also need to complete the Intent to Compete forms from the competition of their choice.  Forms should be submitted as soon as possible to properly accommodate everyone.
