About CITC  
CITC, organized by the China International Turbomachinery Industrial Alliance (CITA) and the Chinese Journal of Turbomachinery, stands as a prestigious conference that serves as a hub for industries and research communities at home and abroad.  
Focused on both fundamental and practical engineering applications, CITC plays a vital role as a significant meeting ground for researchers, design engineers, students, and end-users in the turbomachinery field.Distinguished as a trendsetter conference, CITC paves the way for the future and stands out as a cutting-edge meeting that encompasses all facets of turbomachinery. This conference facilitates the exchange of ideas and solutions, fostering collaborations between academia and industry.The previous five CITC conferences have been resounding successes, offering invaluable opportunities for researchers, engineers, and aspiring students worldwide. The 5th CITC, held in Kunming, witnessed over 700 participants. The event featured 19 invited lectures, 14 keynote presentations, and an impressive array of over 147 technical papers presented across 34 parallel sessions.The 6th CITC, scheduled for August 2024 in SanYa, promises to continue this tradition.  Renowned experts from all over the world will be invited to organize technical sessions addressing topics of interest for both academia and industry. An exhibition dedicated to showcasing the latest turbomachinery products will be a prominent feature of the 6th CITC. 

Organizer 
Chinese International Turbomachinery Industrial Alliance(CITA), is a voluntary association of enterprises dedicated to fostering collaboration among outstanding domestic and international universities, research institutes, manufacturers, and end users in the field of turbomachinery. CITA serves as the sole technological innovation alliance in China exclusively focused on turbomachinery, forming a robust industrial organization for communication, cooperation, development, manufacturing, and application services in this domain.
The Chinese Journal of Turbomachinery was established in 1959 which is an unique journal focus on turbomachinery field in China.It has a wide readership, from scientific research institutes, to enterprise engineering, university, designers to end-users, and is the most authoritative journal for readers of turbomachinery field in China.Chinese Journal of Turbomachinery offers rapid dissemination of novel, high-quality, cutting-edge original findings on theoretical or applied topics from the turbomachinery. Papers are subjected to high-quality peer review process.

Conference Venue 
CITC 2024 is scheduled to take place in Sanya, located at the southernmost point of the beautiful Hainan island. This region boasts the unique distinction of being the only place in China with a tropical marine monsoon climate. Sanya enjoys a consistently pleasant temperature range of 26 to 31 degrees throughout the year, with August temperatures not exceeding 32 degrees.
Thanks to its distinctive geographical environment, Sanya stands as the sole place in China blessed with both tropical rainforest and oceanic vistas. Surrounded by mountains on three sides, the convergence of mountains, the sea, and rivers creates a breathtaking natural panorama. Numerous hilltops offer vantage points to appreciate the sea, bay, and urban landscapes. The city's natural beauty and excellent ecological conditions make Sany a haven for daily life, travel, and vacations.
Since March 15,2023, 30 Day's visa-free access to Hainan Province for citizens of 59 countries.

Publication of CITC 2024 Papers
1.Selected papers will be published in the Chinese Journal of Turbomachinery.
2.Selected papers will be considered for publication in a special issue "Selected Papers from CITC2024" of the Journal of Machines. The Journal of Machines is indexed by SCIE and has an impact factor of 2.6.
3.Some accpeted English papers collected in CITC2024 proceeding with an ISBN will be published in a dedicated issue of Engineering Proceedings. Each published paper will be assigned and registered a digital object identifier (DOI). Authors retain copyright and the text can be reused with attribution.
