The International Conference on Engineering, Applied Sciences and Technology (ICEAST) was inaugurated in 2007 to provide opportunities for enhancing collaboration and exploring current interdisciplinary topics. This year is the 10th event and being held in Luang Prabang, one of the most beautiful city in Lao PDR.
