ICNEPE 2023 focuses on the energy and power engineering, which is dedicated to the use of traditional energy and the development of new energy, and how to use energy more efficiently. Energy includes not only traditional energy such as water, coal and oil, but also new energy such as nuclear energy, wind energy and biological energy, as well as hydrogen energy, which will be widely used in the future. And about electric energy: its generation, its transmission from the point of generation to where it is required, and its transformation into required forms. To achieve this end, a number of devices are essential-such as generators, trans­ mission lines, transformers, and electric motors. We discuss the design, construction, and operating characteristics of the electric devices used in the transformation to and from electric energy. This conference will provide a professional platform for scholars to share research results and discuss academic challenges in these fields.
