As one of the main themes of today's world development, “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals” and intellectualization provide new opportunities and challenges for the application, innovation and development of fluid power and mechatronics technology. Fluid power and mechatronics, as important supporting technologies in mobile machinery, aerospace, manufacturing and other equipment, need to accelerate their evolution in energy transformation, intelligence, high reliability and technology integration to provide support for the upgrading of electromechanical equipment.“Fluid Power in Energy Transformation” is the theme of the conference. The conference has been held every four years since 1991, and was previously held by Beijing Institute of Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Yanshan University, Beihang University, etc.
