Scope:After 11 successful meetings since the inauguration in Toulouse, France, in 1983, the International Conference on Conduction and Breakdown in Solid Dielectrics (ICSD) has opened the door to liquid and gaseous dielectrics to give birth to the International Conference on Dielectrics (ICD) in 2016. The 5th edition of ICD, fully sponsored by IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society, will take place in Toulouse, France, from Sunday 30th June 2024 until Thursday 4th July 2024. The ICD is an interdisciplinary forum that provides a unique opportunity for researchers from industry, academia and research centers to come together to review their research activities. We warmly invite you to attend and to contribute to the 5th ICD. Tutorial sessions will be held on the first day of the conference. Papers are invited in all areas of solid, liquid and gas dielectrics. Special attention is given to topics focusing on the interfaces between solids, liquids and gases.
