The current advances in technologies require sustainable networking and computing models to meet the growing demand of emerging indispensable ICT applications such as smart cities, entertainment, business, healthcare etc. On the other hand, data intelligence and communication plays a critical role in sustainable computing, especially the size of the data is beyond the ability of commonly used computing platforms for capturing, managing, and processing the data. Recent breakthroughs in data mining, data modelling, data processing, and artificial intelligence are seeking applications in energy networks to build a more sustainable environment. As the opportunities and challenges co-exist in both the fields, this 2nd International Conference of Sustainable Computing and Data Communication Systems [ICSCDS 2023] provides a platform to initiate research discussions in all the aspects including theoretical studies, real-time applications, and experimental prototypes. Moreover, ICSCDS 2023 focuses on the intelligent data processing, analysis, and understanding that support sustainable environments.

Shree Venkateshwara Hi-Tech Engineering College (SVHEC) is approved by AICTE and Affiliated to Anna University, Tamil Nadu. The Institution provides various facilities for successful implementation of curriculum to meet the vision, mission, objectives and goals. The Institution follows the curriculum and syllabi provided by the Anna University and Curriculum implementation is effectively planned based on periodic meeting conducted by the principal with all the head of the departments. For effective translation of the curriculum, faculties are encouraged to participate in Faculty Development Programme, workshops and seminars conducted by various institutions and corporate. The Institution invites experts from industry and reputed Institutions for organizing different skill development training programme for the benefit of students and faculty. The SVHEC offers ample academic flexibility to its students availing opportunities in choosing electives, and value added courses for the benefit of students and to mould them to suit industry needs. The Development of curriculum enrichment, SVHEC makes several efforts by communicating with industries through MoUs and getting feedback from the experts visiting the institution to keep abreast of developments. The feedback, needs for improvement of curricula, are sought and obtained from the alumni, parents / guardians, academic peers of SVHEC and other Institutions. All these feedbacks are analyzed and recommended to the university to consider during the update sessions.
