The 22nd Congress of the Carpathian-Balkan Geological Association in Plovdiv, Bulgaria (CBGA2022) aims to bring together geoscientists from Southeastern Europe with researchers from all over the world for a meeting covering all disciplines of Earth sciences. In 2022, CBGA will celebrate its 100th anniversary and we hope to meet many colleagues (including scientists for the CBGA member country Ukraine) after the years of pandemic and isolation, to discuss recent results, create ideas about collaborative cross-border fundamental and applied studies, and enjoy personal communication again.

We look forward to seeing you in Plovdiv in the late summer of 2022!
