The development of marine mineral and oil and gas resources will be an important support for the country's future sustainable development. In order to build an open technology exchange platform, promote the progress of global marine resources development technology, advance the international cooperation between Chinese and foreign universities, enterprises and scientific research institutions, as well as further promote the cooperation and exchange between national sea-related universities and between universities, and enterprises, it is proposed to hold the International Symposium on Ocean Engineering Structure and Mechanical Equipment (OESME2021) in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, from 17-19 December 2021.
We warmly invite experts and scholars from domestic and foreign scientific research, teaching, production, application, and other related fields to discuss the development of materials, structures, machinery, technology, engineering equipment, and related industries related to marine engineering.
The conference aims to provide a platform for experts and scholars, engineers and technicians, and technology developers engaged in research on marine engineering structures and mechanical equipment technology to share scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote cooperation in the industrialization of academic achievements. The conference intends to invite experts from the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Italy, South Korea, and other countries, as well as academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the National Jieqing, experts from the Education Commission, experts in the intelligent equipment industry, experts in robotics technology, etc. to make academic reports, while domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, experts, scholars, business people, and other relevant personnel are invited to participate in the conference and exchange.

The 2021 International Symposium on Ocean Engineering Structure and Mechanical Equipment (OESME2021) will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world.
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, the accepted papers will be published and submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements, and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
