活动简介

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 18th edition of DRCN the “International Conference on the Design of Reliable Communication Networks” which will take place in March 28-31 2022, in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona, Spain.

Since its creation in 1998, DRCN has become over the years a well-established forum for scientists from both industry and academy who have interest in reliability and availability of telecommunication networks, or other resilience-related topics. The aim of the conference is to bring together people from various disciplines, ranging from engineering of survivable equipment and network technologies to network management and monitoring, through methods and models for survivable and robust network design.

The conference program will put together many different activities, including keynotes from outstanding speakers, technical sessions with regular and demo papers, co-located workshops in topics within the conference field, tutorials is highly interesting topics and panel discussions.

The International Conference on the Design of Reliable Communication Networks (DRCN) has been held for more than 20 years, addressing resilence topics, such as reliability and availability of communication networks and becoming a meeting point for both, industry and academy. The DRCN conference has always been conceived as multidisciplinary, putting together scientists from the fields of engineering of survivable equipment and network technologies as well as network management and monitoring, and without forgetting data analytics for fault diagnosis among others. After all these years, the level of excellence has grown, making DRCN a well-known meeting point, where academia and industry present novel and challenging results in the mentioned research fields. In 2022, as we hold the 18th edition of DRCN, we are pleased to invite you to contribute and participate in DRCN 2022 in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Spain, on March 28-31, 2022.
