Welcome to the 2021 IEEE the 4th International Conference on Electronics and Communication Engineering (ICECE2021). We invite you to join us again in Xi'an, China during December 17-19, 2021. ICECE is sponsored by IEEE Xi'an Broadcast Technology chapter, Technical co-sponsored by Xi'an Section, hosted by Xi'an University of Technology. ICECE is an annual conference launched in the year of 2018 and it is held in Xi'an every year.

The major goal of the conference is to bring academic scientists, engineers, industry researchers together to exchange and share their experiences and research results, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. Prestigious experts and professors have been invited as keynote speakers to deliver the latest information in their respective expertise areas. It will be a golden opportunity for students, researchers and engineers to interact with the experts on technical matters, research methodology, career advices, vision into the future, etc.

作者指南

All submissions should be written in English and should have 4-5 pages, including figures, all of them in the US letter format pages. Ready versions of accepted papers exceeding five (5) pages, will be allowed pending payment of overlength charges (50$ for each additional page).

All proposed papers must be submitted in electronic form (PDF format) using the ICECE 2021 conference management system.
