Emergence Science and Information Technology are become the frontier with industrial development, the objective of ICESIT2021 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Emergence Science, Safety Produce and Informatization. ICESIT 2021 seeks original research papers on novel ideas, methods and techniques for information technology in emergency science. Contributions may concern all fields of emergency management technologies and other related fields. We invite submissions on any aspects of emergency science and information technology.
The special theme of ICESIT is “Applications of Information Technology in Emergency Management”. Therefore, we particularly encourage submissions dealing with the use of new methods and technologies to improve emergency management, and we seek contributions related to the challenges and issues when teaching these new achievements to learners.

Authors are invited to submit original and previously unpublished papers. Authors should submit a full 4-6 A4 pages (including figures, tables, etc) version of the paper, using the IEEE templates that can be downloaded below. The paper must contain enough information for the reviewers to judge on the originality and quality of the work.
