The International Conference on Assessment and Learning (ICAL) 2021 is a collaborative conference initiated by the Australian Council for Educational Research-Indonesia, the Indonesian Educational Evaluation Association (HEPI), and The Indonesian Psychometric Association (APSIMETRI). Each organisation has the expertise, focus, and network to support in providing reliable assessment, evaluation, and testing instruments as part of the educational improvement strategy. These three organisations possess the mutual concern to place assessment and evaluation as vital elements to monitor and improve education in Indonesia particularly, and around the globe generally.
