The ICTAS conference provides an inexpensive venue for emerging and other researchers to present their work, collaborate with colleagues, and have their work published in IEEE.

The conference venue is situated on the scenic Durban beachfront. Durban, the third largest city in Africa with its warm climate, is easily accessible from all parts of South Africa and the world and it hosts many attractions. Game preserves, mountain trails, historic tours, etc are within easy reach.
