It is our great honor to announce the 15th International Workshop on Advanced Robotics and Its SOcial Impacts (ARSO 2019), to be held in Beijing, China on October 31 - November 2, 2019.
Advanced Robots are expected in their promising applications into various services dedicated to our society. The robots must bring great impacts to the society positively and negatively. Those impacts should be considered not only in the technical but also in the social aspects including safety, law, ethics, psychology and philosophy.
