活动简介

The 4th International Conference on Cloud Computing Technologies and Applications (CloudTech 2018) will be held from November 26th to November 28th, 2018, in Brussels. After the success of the three previous editions (CloudTech’15) and (CloudTech’16) and (CloudTech’17), we are very glad to announce the Fourth edition of CloudTech’18. This edition will be organized by the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Université Libre de Bruxelles and National College of IT (ENSIAS, Mohamed V University) in partnership with the Moroccan Association of Cloud Computing during Nov. 26-28, 2018 in Brussels-Belgium.

Cloud computing has recently gained great attention from both academia and IT industry as a new infrastructure requiring smaller investments in hardware platform, staff training, or licensing new software tools. Cloud computing can be seen as any subscription-based or pay-per-use service that, extends the Internet existing capabilities. CloudTech 2018 is expected to attract more than 200 of industry professionals, scientists, and academics from all over the world.

CloudTech’18 will address topics related to cloud technologies; architecture and applications including distributed computing and data centers, cloud infrastructure and its security, end-user services, Big data and its applications, HPC, IoT and its applications. The conference will provide a high-level, international forum for scientists, researchers, professionals, and students who will have the opportunity to present state-of-the-art research results, address new challenges, and discuss trends in Cloud Technology and Big data.

Next to the regular tracks we have four special sessions related to innovative applications like Smart Cities, Cloud Based Remote Laboratories for Education, RFID in the Cloud, and a demo-session for innovations achieved trough prototyping and simulation.
