活动简介
第8届工业工程与系统管理国际会议（IESM2019）将于2019年9月25-27日在上海召开，会议由东华大学（旭日工商管理学院）承办。本次会议的主题是：智慧城市群的利益，趋势，策略与社会与经济发展的挑战。互联网的发展给社会带来了许多好处和深刻的变化。这些变化促进了人们的生活，加速了制造业、交通运输系统等传统产业的变异，促进了电子商务、智能服务系统、共享经济、公共安全乃至灾害管理等新领域的发展。智慧城市建设是促进环境保护、城市居民福祉和经济持续增长的重要手段，它依赖于产业、基础设施、公私服务体系的发展及其有效互动。然而，建设智慧城市群面临着许多理论和实践上的挑战。因此，本次会议将为学术界和工业界讨论和分享他们在智慧城市群领域的经验和发展提供一个极好的机会。
本次会议议题涵盖智慧城市、共享经济、物联网、大数据、运营管理、绿色能源、智能制造、智能物流、智能选址、质量管理、风险管理，等。欢迎国内外相关研究领域的专家学者与研究生踊跃投稿并出席会议。

Paper submissions deadline: February 28th, 2019.
Notification to authors: April 30th, 2019.
Final version: June 30th, 2019.
Track/Session Submission
We invite you to organize invited Tracks/Sessions at IESM 2019. Please submit your proposal of special Track/Session to the following conference email address: proposal.iesm2019@dhu.edu.cn. Notice that the invited Track/Session submission deadline is 31 December 2018.
Paper Submission
Complete manuscripts must be electronically submitted through the website:
