The mission of the Technological University of Panama is “to contribute to the development of the country through the transfer, at the highest level, of scientific and technological knowledge.”

The International Congress of Engineering, Science and Technology (IESTEC 2019) contributes to this mission, having as its primary objective the promotion of science, research, technological development and innovation. This congress takes place in an international framework, with the collaboration of different institutions and private companies in Panama. The Congress attracts the participation of international speakers, who face, together with national scientists, the great challenges of Panama through Sciences, Research, Technological Development and Innovation.
