The 19th international conference on Sciences and Techniques of Automatic control and computer engineering (STA'2019) will be held on March 24-26, 2019, in Sousse, Tunisia. The conference STA'2019 is organized by the Laboratory of Sciences and Techniques of Automatic control & computer engineering Lab-STA (Sfax, Tunisia) with the participation of the Laboratory of Information technology and Automatic control for the Systems LIAS (Poitiers, France), Laboratory of Electronics and Information Technology LETI (Sfax, Tunisia), Center for Research in Computer Science, Signal and Control of Lille CRISTAL (Lille, France), Laboratory of Industrial Systems and Renewable Energies LISIER (ENSI-Tunis, Tunisia), the Research Centre in Information and Communication Science and Technologies CREsTIC (Reims, France), the Laboratory of Modelling, Information & Systems MIS (Amiens, France), the Laboratory of Information Sciences and System (Marseille, France), the Laboratory for Analysis and Architecture of Systems LAAS-CNRS (Toulouse, France), the University of Valladolid UVA(Spain). The conference STA'2017 is intended as an international forum where an effective exchange of knowledge and experience amongst active researchers in various theoretical and applied areas of automatic control and computer engineering can take place. Participation of engineers and other scientists from industry is particularly welcome. This event will provide the opportunity for worldwide researchers and practitioners to share together the latest developments and new trends in systems and control. Both theoretical and applied papers are welcomed for submission to this event. Keynote speeches are to be conducted by well-known experts.
Following the success of previous conferences STA, STA'2019 has obtained the trust for a partnership with several journals (International Journal of Automation and Computing (IJAC), Journal of Automation & Systems Engineering (JASE), International Journal of Sciences and Techniques of Automatic control (IJ-STA), Journal of Electrical Systems (JES) etc…) which will upgrade the congress services to publish more than 40% of the presented papers.
The conference STA'2019 will have three types of sessions: plenary lectures (given by leading experts in the field), regular oral sessions and poster sessions.

The manuscript to be submitted to the conference should contain sufficient details including key concepts and novel features of the work. It should include the title, authors, mailing addresses, affiliations and e-mail addresses. The format of the paper must be prepared according to the given author instructions. All papers must be written in English. The authors are invited to submit the full version of their manuscripts online through the conference STA′2019 web site at: www.sta-tn.com. Proposals for Invited Sessions & Special Sessions in related areas are also solicited and should be submitted through e-mail to the Invited Session Chairs. Authors that wish to organize an Invited Session should first contact the Invited Session Co-Chairs. Proposals for Tutorials & Workshops should contain the title of the session, the list of speakers, and extended summaries (2000 words) of their presentations.
