2019 IEEE International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Computer Applications (ICAICA 2019) will take place in Dalian, China, on March 29-31, 2019. ICAICA 2019 seeks to provide a high-level forum for experts, researchers, professionals, innovators and practitioners in the field of artificial intelligence and computer applications from industry and academia to present and discuss the wide spectrum of original and novel researches and contributions together.
Artificial intelligence and computer is a hotspot topic in modern academic and scientific field. It is an especially new research direction, so novel and state-of-the-art researches and inventions related to artificial intelligence and computer emerge continuously. Besides, artificial intelligence and computer can be widely applied in many fields, such as robot, decision-making, control system, simulation applications and so on. Therefore, ICAICA 2019 will serve as a catalyst for explorations and discussion on new concepts and novel achievements of artificial intelligence and computer applications from theoretical research and practical applications at the same time.
All papers related to artificial intelligence and computer applications are solicited and welcomed for oral presentation or poster presentation at the conference. Submitted papers will be reviewed by the conference committee and judged on originality, technical correctness, relevance, and quality of presentation. Authors are required to make sure that papers submitted do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time. An electronic version of your final paper in accordance with the IEEE paper submission guidelines must be submitted via the submission site no later than December 21, 2018. Specific instructions to paper submission can be found in Paper Submission page. Accepted papers will be eligible for submission to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and indexing services.

1. Official language is English in paper writing and presenting.
2. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2). Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
3). Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4). Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.
