Design and implementation of RF energy harvesting system

This paper proposed a working at 2.4GHz energy harvest system with an antenna, matching network and a multiple rectification circuit. The antenna receive ambient radio frequency (RF) energy then transform the RF signal to direct current (DC) power. The efficiency of the rectifier circuit exceeds 20% from -10dBm to -40dBm input RF power. The system will improve RF energy harvest efficiency if using ultra-wideband antenna.
