This conference is concerned with current and emerging research in communication theory. Topics of interest include: analysis and optimization of communication systems; wireless communication techniques; signal processing for communications; estimation and detection; industrial applications of communication theory; and applications of communication theory to non-traditional fields (e.g., biology or finance).
