DSMIE-2019 is the international forum for fundamental and applied research and industrial applications in manufacturing.

2nd International Conference on Design, Simulation, Manufacturing: The Innovation Exchange focuses on a broad range of research challenges in the fields of Manufacturing, Mechanical and Chemical Engineering, addressing current and future trends in design approaches, simulation techniques, computer-aided systems, software development, ICT tools and industry 4.0 strategy implementation for engineering tasks solving. DSMIE-2019 brings together researchers from academic institutions, leading industrial companies, and government laboratories located around the world for promoting and popularization of the scientific fundamentals of manufacturing. The conference schedule will include keynote sessions and technical sessions, expert panels, an exhibition of industry partners and more.

Publication
The DSMIE-2019 proceedings will be evaluated for publication in Springer Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering (book series). The books of this series are indexed by Scopus and submitted ISI Proceedings (Web of Science).

Extended versions of papers, presented at DSMIE-2019, will be considered for special issues in Management of Production Engineering Review (indexed by ISI/ESCI, Scopus) and Archives of Mechanical Technology and Materials, subject to further review.

作者指南

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. All paper submissions to the DSMIE-2019 should be related to the main topics of the conference and each paper will be peer reviewed by at least two members of the program committee and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, originality, completeness, contributions and readability.

The language of the conference proceedings is English. Manuscripts should be provided according to the guidelines given at the conference website. Please use DSMIE paper template to prepare your paper and strictly follow the instructions in the template.

Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of their authors, who commit to register and attend the conference. The Steering Committee reserve the right to exclude papers which have not been presented from the proceedings. Please, pay attention that the number of co-authors is limited up to five persons. One person can submit three papers at the most, but only one paper as the first author.
