The wealth of history and knowledge from the past owned by each region or community is a valuable thing. It may have the form of intangible knowledge but applied on some physical object. In some cases, this wealthiness can be so unique that create an identity of a locality. This uniqueness and identity worth as an exchange value in a way to upgrade the community well-being.
However, in this modern era, local uniqueness from the past has slowly faded. As the world change with the rapid development of transportation and technology, universality has increased.
