Management and innovation is a conclusive principle in organizations to make changes an opportunity to create value and be sustainable over time. This concept is increasingly accepted and promulgated by employers, while the constant changes that occur in the environment require organizations to make adjustments that allow them to endure in the markets in which they participate. This requires innovations in the different organizational areas, which lead to the development of new ways of managing emerging and future configurations.

The Administrative Management in companies is conjunctural. However, few have focused on the study of the possibilities of improvement and to explore the role played by this area in organizations. While it is true, innovation is the opportunity for entrepreneurs to position themselves in national and international markets, it is also true that companies require new management models, or better yet, emerging business models that merit other types of business. management. In the development of the Congress, participants will find the opportunity to share successful experiences as researchers in topics related to the following lines: Innovation and Technological Development in Small and Medium Enterprises, Management of Modern Organization and Information and Communication Technologies in Documentary Management

For the I International Congress of Innovation in Administrative Management and Information Sciences, the main objective is to address experiences, reflections and proposals around the identification of intervention and prevention of problems in organizations from administrative management and process innovation, so it is expected that the participant papers are a contribution from each of the lines for the comprehensive approach to contemporary and future challenges in organizations, through innovation in management.

Due to the above, the Administrative Management Scepter, through its GICGA research group, invites the academic and business community, national and international, to participate in this important event.

作者指南

Ways of participation

Lecturer: Expert recognized nationally or internationally in the field of research and innovation in administrative management processes

Speaker: Researchers, teachers, instructors, entrepreneurs, who have developed research or are in development related to the thematic axes of the congress in order to publicize their results or progress and share experiences. The presentation time will be 20 minutes, of which 15 minutes are explanation of presentation and 5 minutes to answer questions

Poster exhibitor: Apprentices, students belonging to research groups or seed companies who wish to show their project through a physical publication, which must comply with the requirements set out in the guide.

Assistant: Seedling apprentices, seed students, SENA officials, researchers, instructors and teachers who are related to training in administrative areas.
