IEEE-EDS chapter and the Indian Institute of Science welcome you to participate in the 4th edition of the International Conference on Emerging Electronics. ICEE is now India's flagship electron devices conference and covers all aspects from materials for devices to integration in systems.

The 4th edition will be held at the Royal Orchid Resort, Yelahanka, Bengaluru on the 17th, 18th and 19th of December, 2018. Tutorials will be held at CeNSE, IISc on the 16th of December.

The organizers of the 4th edition have decided to come up with a different conference philosophy and format. While we will have broad thematic areas, within each area we hope to have a focussed workshop on a topic of current interest. The workshops will culminate with a discussion session. All attendees will be workshop participants, with it being as important to be an active member of the audience, as it is to be a speaker. We hope everyone will depart from ICEE with a new sense of direction, a new perspective on the problems being contemplated and a new camaraderie in a common field of interest.

Contributions outside of the focus area but within the broad thematic area are strongly encouraged. These will be accommodated in active poster sessions that the presenters will be making on display screens as opposed to a static poster. Efforts will be made to include outstanding contributions in the workshops.
