Paper Submission Process

To submit papers, visit http://edas.info/index.php and submit a paper for the conference labeled WTS 2018 (you will need to create a new account, if you do not have one already). Submitted papers should not exceed 5000 words, including an abstract (less than 200 words) and must be at least 3 pages in length. In order to ensure the integrity of the double blind review process, authors' names and affiliations must not be listed on papers submitted for initial review.

All manuscripts should follow IEEE Author Guidelines for 8.5" x 11" manuscripts as listed at:http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/AuthorTools/conferenceTemplates.html.

Poster papers are one page in length. Please use the Poster Paper Template to format your poster paper submission. Contact Dr. Zory Marantz at zory@ieee.org and Dr. Giti Javidi at javidi@sar.usf.edu for additional submission details.

Review Process

WTS uses a double blind review process. Criteria for paper evaluation include relevance for the conference, importance of the topic, soundness/quality of analysis and evidence, organization, contribution to theory and practice, and overall quality of the paper.

Publication Process

At least one listed author of the final paper must register for and attend WTS 2018 to present the paper, have it listed on the WTS 2018 website, and published in the conference proceedings. One registration is valid for up to two papers.

Submission instructions for final papers will be in the acceptance letter to the authors.

Some selected high quality papers from WTS 2018 will be considered for publication in the Annals of Telecommunications, Springer publisher, pending their successful extension and an expedited review process.
