The ICCCE has been a successful series of biannual conference since 2006. In line with its predecessor events, the ICCCE 2018 is to provide a forum for engineers, academicians, scientists and researchers to present the result of their research activities in the field of Computer and Communication Engineering. The primary focus of the conference is to create an effective medium for institutions and industries to share ideas, innovations and problem solving techniques. On this basis, the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, International Islamic University Malaysia is calling to submit original technical papers for presentation at the 7th International Conference on Computer and Communication Engineering (ICCCE 2018) which address issues that serve the field and the global community.

We are delighted to invite you to participate in the International Conference on Computer & Communication Engineering to be held in Kulliyyah of Engineering, IIUM Gombak, Malaysia, on 19-20 September, 2018.

The main objective of this biennial conference is to provide a forum for engineers, academicians, scientists and researchers to present the result of their research activities in the field of Computer and Communication Engineering. The primary focus of the conference is to create an effective medium for institutions and industries to share ideas, innovations and problem solving techniques. ICCCE 2018 Submission and Registration Policies

i) All papers submitted to the ICCCE 2018 must be written in English and formatted in the standard IEEE Xplore double-column format (A4 size), you can download template on website Download the initial paper submission format here for initial submission. Failing to conform the standard format will result in rejection.

ii) All papers must be submitted electronically through EDAS Conference papers submission system https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=24766 It is suggested that you use Firefox or Chrome instead of Internet Explorer.

iii) All regular and invited papers are limited to six (6) pages. Authors may upload longer manuscript up to a maximum of five (7) pages total. However, each page in excess of four will incur an additional charge of 100 USD. Our EDAS system will not permit longer papers to be uploaded.

iv) When you submit your manuscript, the similarity score should be less than 30% according to the conference regulation. If your paper fails to comply with the regulation, it will not be reviewed and exclude from the conference.

v) The decision regarding the acceptance of the papers is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee. Note that short and review type manuscripts are not considered.

vi) To facilitate the paper’s double-blind peer review process, authors should make efforts to ensure that information about the authors’ identities do not appear anywhere in the text-body of the paper. (For the first submission, follow the initial paper template)

vii) Upon acceptance, at least one of the authors listed in the paper must attend the conference and present the paper according to the schedule of the conference. In the event that the presenter is unable to attend the conference for any reasons, your accepted paper will not be considered for submission of the proceeding to the IEEE Xplore.

viii) At least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for the ICCCE 2018 to upload the final manuscript. The final manuscript must be prepared based on reviewers’ comments and according to the final paper format as well as IEEE PDF compliance.

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of no more than six (6) pages including results, figures and references in standard Conference Publishing Services (CPS) double-column format.

Submission is through EDAS (https://www.edas.info/newPaper.php?c=24766) and must adhere to guidelines available at the website.
