活动简介

The Second International Conference, EECon 2018 organized by the Electrical Engineering Society (EESoc) of the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Moratuwa will be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka on 28th September 2018. The conference aims to bring together researchers and engineers in the academia and the industry from different Engineering disciplines to a common forum to build a constructive dialog on state of the art technologies in Electrical Engineering.

Vision

To share the knowledge to integrate state of the art technologies in different Engineering disciplines for the betterment of fields of Electrical Engineering.

Mission

To create a stage for researchers around the world to disseminate knowledge in the disciplines of Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, Electronics engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Information Technology for integration of diverse engineering solutions that are socially, economically and environmentally sustainable for the betterment of fields of Electrical Engineering.

EECon 2018 solicits research papers describing significant and innovative research contributions to all fields of electrical engineering. We invite submissions on a wide range of research topics in Electrical Engineering. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Power Quality and Reliability
  • Power Systems Stability and Power Systems Control
  • Electrical Machines, Power Electronics and Control Drives
  • Renewable Energy Systems and Battery Technologies
  • Smart Technologies and Electric Transportation
  • Conventional Energy Technologies
  • Power Systems Economics
  • Control and Automation
  • Robotics and Intelligent Systems

作者指南

All papers should be written in English with a maximum paper length of 6 pages. Authors must use the following template while preparing papers:  Micorosft Word (.doc) format. 
Manuscripts that do not conform to the above formatting guidelines and manuscripts that have turn-it-in similarity more than 50% will be rejected without reviewing. 
We request all authors to carefully revise the paper for language and formatting. 
Please submit full papers using the conference management system through EDAS. 

All accepted papers must be revised according to the reviewers’ comments. All papers must comply to the given format.

Publication No Show Policy 
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings only if at least one of the authors registered for the conference and presented the paper. The committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g. removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
