Recent economic growth of Indonesia, along with high business competition, the role of ICT becomes one of the most essential factors to achieve performance improvement to win the competition. Excellent management and good governance turn out to be an unavoidable demand too. Thus, it is important to have a forum for practitioners, researchers and regulators to share their ideas and present the results of their research, best practice as well as their experiences.
School of Business Management, Accounting Department, Hotel Management Department and Binus Online Learning, intends to continue the previous forum of International conference that has been periodically held twice a year since 2008, called The 5th International Conference on Management, Hospitality & Tourism and Accounting 2018 (The 5th IMHA 2018).
The objectives of this conference are to disseminate and to exchange knowledge and information regarding the development and improvement of research especially in the field of management and business, accounting, hotel management and information technology, to practitioners, researchers, academics, and business observers.
The main theme of this International Conference is “Innovative Business Excellence for Sustainability with ICT as an Enabler”

Regular articles are full-length original empirical investigations, consisting of introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusions. Original work must provide references and an explanation on research findings that contain new and significant findings.
Generally, these are expected to be between 6 and 12 journal pages (excluding the abstract, references, tables and/or figures), a maximum of 80 references, and an abstract of 100–200 words.
Articles must be in English and they must be competently written and argued in clear and concise grammatical English. Contributors are strongly advised to have the manuscript checked by a colleague with ample experience in writing English manuscripts or a competent English language editor.
Linguistically hopeless manuscripts will be rejected straightaway (e.g., when the language is so poor that one cannot be sure of what the authors really mean). This process, taken by authors before submission, will greatly facilitate reviewing, and thus publication if the content is acceptable.
Empirical research is based on observed and measured phenomena and derives knowledge from actual experience rather than from theory or belief.
